| Gaddi's |

Long recognized
as one of the Far East's finest French gourmet restaurants and
social settings is Gaddi's. The blue and gold tones with the numerous
chandeliers create the backdrop for exquisite dining, exemplary
service and a magnificent wine list.
Felix
A mix of several outlets, the world-famous Felix sits upon the
top two floors of the Peninsula. Created by French avante-garde
designer Philippe Starck, the restaurant offers stunning views
of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong in addition to its excellent
cuisine. Other features of Felix include the Wine Bar, the Balcony
(for drinks and snacks), the American Bar and a small discotheque
- the Crazy Box.
The Verandah
Sea-facing
arched windows and wooden ceiling fans have established The Verandah
as a classic yet modern day and night dining venue. Continental
cuisine is served in a tropical and casual environment, including
the renowned Saturday Curry Tiffin luncheon and the Sunday Leisure
Lunch buffet.
The Lobby
The Lobby remains Hong Kong's most elegant meeting place. With
marble-topped tables, sumptuously comfortable chairs and exclusive
Tiffany chinaware, The Lobby is a perfect all-day dining venue
from breakfast onwards. Home of the world-renowned Peninsula Traditional
afternoon tea, The Lobby is also famous for being Asia's meeting
point of the Eastern and Western worlds.
The Spring Moon Chinese Restaurant
Stained glass, wood panelling and flooring, art deco features
and Frank Lloyd-Wright highlights combine to give a period feel
making the restaurant reminiscent of a 1920's dining room, while
traditional touches such as dim sum trolleys, a tea counter with
over 20 selected Chinese teas and highly trained tea masters in
attendance make this a memorable Cantonese dining experience.
